We carefully read all incoming CVs. If your professional background matches an opening, we will invite you for an interview as a candidate. Tell us more about yourself, as your desire to become part of our team along with other aspects of your career can always come in handy.
In the first round, you will meet the team leader and our HR specialist, who will go over your professional background in detail, introduce the position and Astrum LT company.
Successful applicants from the first round are invited to an interview with the manager or team director and HR director. In this round, we will discuss your motivation and interest in more depth, and you may receive an assignment, a case study, or a requirement to complete psychometric tests.
The course of the third round is already very dependent on the specific position. The candidate already has detailed information about the positition, and has met the potential boss. Because we are a company with a strong team culture, it happens that even our CEO wants to get to know future team members before joining.
