In its laser systems and components business Astrum LT focuses on the semiconductor technology as an effcient, most advanced and reliable source of innovation. Astrum LT also offers custom MOCVD epitaxy, epi wafer processing, and contract R&D for high power laser diodes - custom wavelength, CW or QCW, EEL (edge-emitting laser diodes) and VCSEL (vertical cavity surface-emitting laser diodes).
